I am the secretary/treasurer for Utah’s Retired Troopers Association. I use e-mail to alert association members of important news, events, and the deaths of members. I have recently set up DialMyCalls.com for my organization and set it up on another organization I belong to as well. This system works great! If you can put a message on a voice mail or answering service you can record and use this system. I have received some very good reviews from the other members of this group. Thank you! For several years I had used another service that I had to pay to use. I was tempted to try DialMyCalls.com and found it much easier to set up, record and send my calls. My parents were equally impressed to receive a call as well as an email message. The option to place free calls as well as to buy credits is great for those groups who do not have a large budget or a leader who has no time to sit and call everyone on their list.
