Phone Script

A phone script is recommended when sending out voice broadcasts utilizing the DialMyCalls mass notification system. Recording your message via the Touch-Tone Phone method allows you to replay and re-create a recording but a phone script will alleviate time and effort.

Mock up and practice saying your recording via a phone script before you use DialMyCalls to record your message. Having a script will also help you gauge how long the message will be – the length of a message is an integral part of a successful voice broadcast.
