Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is more commonly referred to as an auto attendant that is utilized in PBX systems. An IVR allows computers and human interaction through the use of voice commands and DTMF.
IVR technology is currently deployed in several different industries for its voice recognition which includes automobiles and their hands-free technology, smartphones and their voice recognition software and telecommunications companies as a part of their PBX systems.
DialMyCalls utilizes interactive voice response technology on our toll-free customer support number. Customers who call in will be prompted by our PBX to: “Press 1 For Sales, Press 2 For Support or Press 3 for Business Development.”
