Ryan Betancur

Ryan Betancur is an experienced Emergency Management Planner at Hagerty Consulting and a committed US Army veteran, specializing in emergency management and preparedness. His expertise covers healthcare and critical infrastructure management, incident response, business continuity, and strategic planning. Ryan’s frontline experience includes coordinating COVID-19 responses for New Jersey and Illinois and leading efforts for New York City’s Migrant Crisis response.

With a master’s degree in Homeland Security & Emergency Management and multiple certifications, Ryan has built a career in executive consulting, program management, and training delivery. His skills extend to policy analysis, humanitarian support, and security operations.

Beyond his professional work, Ryan has authored articles on resilience and preparedness for LinkedIn and Wisconsin Christian News. He frequently conducts workshops on crisis leadership, resilience, and "Stop the Bleed" training.
